    Market protection policy

    Franchise distribution system-only authorized franchised dealers can enjoy this policy;
    Priority operation principle-when the market capacity allows to increase the sales scope, the original dealers have the priority to operate and develop;
    Fair competition rules: implement uniform supply prices, implement uniform retail prices, and divide regions to ensure corresponding market capacity;
    Price protection-if the manufacturer's product price is adjusted, the franchised dealer will be given price protection within 15 days (from the date of shipment) before the price adjustment

    Advertising Support Policy

    Enterprise advertisements: The nationwide advertisements issued by the company should publish the address and telephone of newly developed home improvement stores as much as possible;
    Promotional advertising: Home improvement stores can be supported by national or regional manufacturers' promotional activities. Non-home improvement stores do not enjoy this policy;
    Cooperative promotion: Subject to the approval of the headquarters, the cost is based on a 3: 7 ratio between the franchise store and the manufacturer (the cooperative promotion budget is based on the 5% of the sales volume of the home improvement store in the previous quarter as the upper limit of this quarter's promotion budget);
